Authorized Distributor

ISK Technologies (Private) Limited is the authorized distributor in Pakistan for Klevo Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., covering their full range of shoe sole cleaning machines — supply, installation support, spares and after-sales service.

The Range

Three Series, One Decision: Water or No Water

Every Klevo machine activates on approach and cleans in seconds. What separates the three series is whether the site can take a water connection, and how clean the entrance needs to be.

GG Series

GG Series — Dry Roller Brush

Waterless cleaning · Class 1000–10000 · Modular roller brush

Klevo dry shoe sole cleaning machine with entry ramp at a building entrance

The GG series cleans shoe soles with a rotating roller brush and needs no water connection — installation is plug and play. Infrared sensors detect a person approaching and start the brush automatically; a default 3-second cycle cleans the sole, and a removable dust collection box below catches the debris. This waterless design suits sites where humidity is a concern or a water source is not available nearby.

Key features

  • Automatic start-stop — stand on the machine for 3–4 seconds to complete a cleaning cycle
  • Modular roller brush — worn brushes replace in minutes, reducing maintenance downtime
  • Dry cleaning meets Class 1000–10000 cleanliness requirements
  • Removable dust collection box at the base for easy debris disposal
  • Dual nylon brushes rotate at 60° opposing angles, generating 3.5N/cm² friction for deep cleaning

How it works

As a person approaches, the infrared sensor detects them within a 30cm range and activates the machine within 0.2 seconds. The motor drives the roller brush, with bristles sitting 4mm above the pedal surface to make effective contact with the sole. Cleaning duration is set on the touch screen — from 1 to 999 seconds, with 3 seconds as the default.

STEP 1

Approach

Infrared sensor detects a person within 30cm and starts the machine in 0.2 seconds.

STEP 2

Clean

Roller brush bristles sit 4mm above the pedal and scrub the sole for the set cycle.

STEP 3

Collect

Loosened debris drops into the removable dust collection box at the base.

STEP 4

Proceed

Walk through at a natural pace — the machine stops itself after the cycle.

Installation

  • Place the machine on a flat surface, leaving more than 500mm clearance at the rear for drawer-style component removal
  • If installing armrests, fit them into the designated reserved holes
  • Plug into a power source using a leakage-protection plug and press the switch — the red indicator light confirms it is ready
  • The machine activates automatically as soon as someone approaches

Usage & maintenance

  • Personnel should start from the end marked with the logo and pass through at a natural walking pace
  • On the GG088 model, stand briefly on the pedal; on longer models, walk through with small steps
  • Do not run or jump on the machine — this can damage its operation
  • Use only power plugs equipped with leakage protection switches
  • Empty the dust collection box regularly, or clean it out with a vacuum cleaner
  • Before removing the brush for maintenance, cut the power first and check the positioning pin is horizontal — forcing removal with the pin vertical will damage it

GS Series

GS Series — Wet Roller Brush

Wet cleaning · Class 100–1000 · Klevo’s priority recommendation

Close-up of the Klevo GS series wet roller brushes installed at a production entrance

The GS series is Klevo’s priority recommendation, pairing a modular roller brush with a built-in wetting and drying cycle to meet Class 100–1000 cleanroom cleanliness requirements. Brush bristles sit 4mm above the footboard for effective sole contact, and a PVA absorbent pad in the drying zone lifts residual moisture from the sole in about 2 seconds. High-heeled shoes should not be walked on this machine.

Key features

  • Modular roller brush — quick to maintain and replace
  • Wet cleaning meets Class 100–1000 cleanliness requirements
  • PVA absorbent drying pad removes residual moisture in about 2 seconds
  • Touch-screen control for cleaning duration and water tank replacement frequency
  • Fully automatic or semi-automatic water inlet/outlet options
  • Anti-dry-burning and anti-electric-leakage protection, with automatic overload alarm

How it works

Personnel step onto the wetting zone, where the roller brush — driven by the motor — cleans the sole with bristles set 4mm above the footboard. They then step onto the PVA absorbent pad in the drying zone for about 2 seconds to lift residual moisture. Cleaning duration and the discharge interval are both set via the touch screen, from 1 to 999 seconds.

STEP 1

Approach

Infrared sensor detects a person within 30cm and starts the machine in 0.2 seconds.

STEP 2

Wet clean

Roller brush scrubs the sole in the wetting zone for roughly 3 seconds.

STEP 3

Dry

Step onto the PVA absorbent pad for about 2 seconds to lift residual moisture.

STEP 4

Discharge

Dirty water drains automatically at the interval set on the touch screen.

LS Series

LS Series — Wet Track-type Brush

Wet cleaning · Class 100–1000 · No cleaning dead corners

Klevo LS series track-type shoe sole cleaning machine installed in a cleanroom gowning area

The LS series shares the GS series’ cleaning performance but uses a ring-shaped track-type brush instead of individual rollers, giving a more streamlined appearance with no cleaning dead corners. The elastic rubber-and-nylon track adapts to flat shoes, thick soles and heels alike through full-contact "elastic adhesion". Because of the track design, brush replacement is less straightforward and is best handled by trained personnel.

Key features

  • Track-type brush — continuous surface with no gaps between rollers
  • Suitable for flat shoes, thick-soled shoes and heels via elastic adhesion
  • Wet cleaning meets Class 100–1000 cleanliness requirements
  • PVA absorbent drying pad removes residual moisture in about 2 seconds
  • Touch-screen control for cleaning duration and water tank replacement frequency
  • Anti-dry-burning and anti-electric-leakage protection, with automatic overload alarm

Questions

Frequently Asked

Which series should we specify?

If your entrance has no practical water connection, the GG series is the one — it is completely waterless and plug-and-play. For cleanroom-grade entrances Klevo recommends the GS series, which meets Class 100–1000. Choose the LS series if you want the same wet-cleaning performance with a continuous track, no dead corners and a more streamlined appearance.

What length do we need?

Length follows footfall and the number of steps a person takes while crossing. Short models (GG088, GS099, LS100) are stand-on units for lower traffic; the longer models are walk-through, so people keep moving at a natural pace. We size this with you against your door width and shift-change numbers.

Can the dimensions be customised?

Yes. Klevo will build to custom dimensions on request, with a minimum order quantity of one unit. An entry slope is also available as an optional extra at additional cost.

What does installation involve?

The GG series needs only a flat surface and a leakage-protected power socket. The GS and LS series additionally need a water inlet and a drain — much like plumbing in a washing machine. Several units can share one main water supply line, but each unit must have its own shut-off valve and its own independent drain pipe of at least DN50/80.

How is it maintained?

On the GG series, empty or vacuum the dust collection box regularly and replace the modular brush when worn — a few minutes with the power off. On the GS and LS series, keep the water below the marked line and under 40°C, and re-soak the PVA pad for 30 minutes if it dries out. Never rinse the electronic controller with water; wipe the casing only. LS track replacement should be done by trained personnel.

What are the lead time and pricing?

Pricing is based on Klevo’s ex-factory unit prices, exclusive of packaging charges. As the authorised distributor in Pakistan, ISK Technologies handles import, delivery, installation support and after-sales service — send us your model, quantity and site details and we will come back with a landed quotation.
